Steven Strouse is CEO of Tahoma Enterprises, Inc. He is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the organization’s overall strategy along with the strategic guidance of all portfolio company executives. He directs the performance management and succession planning processes for the portfolio along with playing a lead role in potential acquisition assessment.

Prior executive management experience includes being Vice President Global Operations of Excel Polymers, LLC where he was responsible for all global operations including compound manufacturing & distribution, quality, and engineering. In this role he developed a broad base of experience managing international operations and sourcing capital equipment in Europe and Asia. Also Mr. Strouse held a variety of operations and supply chain management positions with increasing responsibilities for Rubbermaid Inc. In his last position he was Vice-President Operations, Home Products Division. His was responsible for multiple site plant operations of injection molded consumer products where he led initiatives to reduce process cycle times, increase first pass process yields, reduce inventories, and implement lean manufacturing principles.

Mr. Strouse holds a BSBA and Executive MBA.
