ASHLAND, Ohio — Tahoma Engineered Solutions announced today that Bill Baum is joining the company as its new Ashland plant manager.  Baum brings a strong focus on lean methodology, high-quality work, team building, and implementing best-practice manufacturing processes.

Baum joins Tahoma Engineered Solutions from Forrest Machine Products, Mansfield, Ohio; where he was plant manager.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Westwood College.

“We are excited to have Bill as part of the TES manufacturing leadership team,” said Jerry Lynch, general manager, TES. “His 15+ years of manufacturing management demonstrated a commitment to safety, quality and team building that will benefit our operations in Ashland and our customers.”

In other news, Brian Seman will move from plant manager to Sales Executive.  “I want to thank Brian for his dedication and commitment,” continued Lynch. “It was critical to have an experienced leader like Brian to help lead the plant’s relocation and expansion.  He brings a much broader knowledge of the manufacturing business with him into his new sales role, which will help better tie sales with our manufacturing competencies.”
