WOOSTER, Ohio – Wooster-based Tahoma Enterprises has acquired MP Technologies, Ltd.

Brecksville-based MP Technologies was formed in 1985 as a prototype and process development shop for leading industrial firms.  MP Technologies specializes in machine design, construction and integration for use in manufacturing processes.   As a design, engineering, process automation and fabrication shop, the turnkey systems they build are designed to meet a customer’s specific need, and many times customers identify a need and have ideas and they bring those plans to fruition. These solutions offer customers a broad range of options that solve problems, improve quality, ensure on-time delivery and control cost.

As the business grew, MP Technologies perfected a unique process to automate the internal coating application for catalytic converters. 

The plan is to consolidate operations and make MP Technologies part of the Tahoma Engineered Solutions business unit.    

Tahoma Enterprises is a holding company formed for the purpose of finding, acquiring, and enhancing the value of companies through stronger financial and strategic management support.
