INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana — The Association for Rubber Product Manufacturers appointed Steve Nieto, CEO of Tahoma Rubber and Plastics, as a member of its board of directors.

Nieto has been with Tahoma Rubber and Plastics since 2014, and has past positions with PPG Industries, Excel Polymers and Green Rubber Global, according to an ARPM release.

Steve commented that he hopes to add his expertise to the areas that already make ARPM an asset to members and the larger rubber industry.

Tahoma Rubber and Plastics serves the tire and rubber industry by recycling and reprocessing uncured rubber compounds, fibers and poly film.  Manufacturing plants are located in Barberton, Ohio and Abbeville, South Carolina.
