Mr. Plumley is a founding investor of Tahoma Enterprises, Inc. He continues to serve as a member of the board of directors providing valuable guidance and insight from the first acquisition to the multi-unit holding company of today.

Also Mr. Plumly is a 1975 graduate of Muskingum University (summa cum laude) and a 1978 graduate of Case Western Reserve University Law School (Order of the Coif).  He has practiced exclusively with Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. since graduation from law school.  His practice has focused on business planning, government regulation and natural resources law. Mr. Plumly is a past managing member of the firm.  He has served on a number of boards of both public and private companies and over the years has been actively engaged in a number of community organizations and has served on the boards of Meals on Wheels of Stark and Wayne Counties, Goodwill, Inc. Main Street Wooster, Inc, The Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce and the Children Services Advisory Board as well as serving as a coach for a number of youth sports teams.  Mr. Plumly is a member of:
