Scott has a diverse 30 + year portfolio of business background which includes operations, logistics, manufacturing, training, marketing, new product growth, process development, and human resource management. Other positions throughout his career include business planning, global e-business experience, OS- 9000 quality implementation and industrial market management. He also has account executive and sales experience.
Bilttz received a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management from Ashland University and a master’s degree in business administration from Baker University. He is a graduate of the Executive Development for Global Excellence program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Scott is a former Executive VP for Troyer Cheese and was elected as a Board Member. He is a Board Member of the Wilderness Center in Wilmot. In addition, he is a founding member and President of scouters of Holmes County, a non-profit that supports outdoor leadership training through The Boy Scouts of America. His hobbies include hunting, woodworking, and maple syrup production. Scott and his wife Melissa have four children and live in Millersburg, Ohio.
