“Once again, we have answered the call of our customers,” says Brian Seman, Operations Manager at Tahoma Engineered Solutions.  “With our new Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL), we have the ability to turn parts up to 78” outside diameter.  This CNC controlled machine tool has live tooling which will eliminate the need for excess handling of parts.  Some of these parts can weigh up to 15,000 pounds.  Through tool coolant, thread milling capabilities and high rpm with the drill spindle fills the need for customers searching for ultra-large turning solutions.”
